To honour the 100th anniversary of Marilyn Monroe’s birth, we are hosting a themed week. During the week, guests can enjoy dishes inspired by Marilyn’s life and follow her story through food. Her tastes changed significantly depending on the men in her life. Come and explore Marilyn’s culinary journey.

Monday 1 June – Birthday: Cake Heaven
Marilyn Monroe was born on 1 June 1926. The opening day celebrates her joyful, light, and iconic spirit with pink glamour, sweet memories, Hollywood dreams, Cake Heaven, and sparkling drinks.
Evening programme includes Marilyn films, lectures, and extensive Marilyn exhibitions from 5:30 PM onwards.
Tuesday 2 June – Marilyn & James Dougherty
Marilyn’s first husband James Dougherty represented a simple, traditional American kitchen. She enjoyed meat, peas, carrots, and grilled hamburgers on special occasions.

Wednesday 3 June – Marilyn & Joe DiMaggio
Through her marriage to baseball legend Joe DiMaggio, Marilyn discovered Italian cuisine.
